How to Install

The steps are for reference only and can be determined based on the actual situation of the construction site:

• Clean the surface and locate the leakage point.

• Drill a hole along the 0.79-3.15 inch area on both sides of the leak point crack using a 0.57-inch drill bit (not included).
• After placing the water stop needle, use the T-shaped wrench to tighten it, usually embedding 1.57-2.36 inches, and then embedding a needle every 1.97-7.87 inches.
• Add grouting material to the material under power outage.
• Before starting the filling process, open the gun head valve first
• Use the gun head to inject grout into the borehole until it overflows.
• After at least 48 hours, the needle and excess grouting material can be removed.

Notes

• It is recommended to use professional matching grouting materials, such as water-soluble polyurethane rubber plugs, oil-soluble polyurethane rubber plugs, epoxy resin, acrylic ester, and other low-viscosity liquid materials (all are not included), to ensure quality.
• When assembling the high-pressure pipe and connecting rod to the product, please wrap it with sealing tape to prevent leakage and blockage.
• After you receive the product, tighten the screws in each position first. Using edible or engine oil (not included) for a test run is strictly required. Because the slurry injected by the product cannot come into contact with water, cleaning or testing the machine with water is strictly prohibited.
• Please occasionally loosen the switch when using the product, do not keep pressing the switch, and be careful not to exceed the yellow area on the high pressure gauge. Turn on the gun head first before turning on the machine.
• When grouting, please wear gloves, goggles (included), work clothes, and rain boots (not included) to prevent the grout from splashing onto the skin and accidentally coming into contact with the grout when using. Immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if the accidents occur.
• After use or during maintenance, please immediately clean and wipe the machine with a diluent (such as engine oil, not included). Pour the diluent into the barrel, clean the barrel with the gun head, and cycle the cleaning several times by turning on the product to ensure complete cleaning. After draining the diluent, pour in engine oil (not included) and lubricate the product using the same method.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
