You must NOT have an active ultimate subscription to redeem.

1. This product cannot be redeemed on an account with an existing Xbox Game Pass or Live membership. Once the membership expires, the codes can be redeemed.

2.Sometimes we provide you with more than one redemption code.

3. You must have a valid payment method on the Xbox account, (A payment method is required to activate the membership, you can switch recurring payments off as well as remove the payment method if you wish after activation).

4.You use this on your OWN Xbox profile - a VPN is required to complete the exchange.

5.If you are having difficulty we can offer a substitute exchange service.

6.In addition, if you do not like the redemption code, we can support the purchase service, you only need to provide the account number and password!

How to deliver

1.Please send us a message after your purchase!Same-day delivery via eBay message (unless ordered late in the day).

2. Please send us a screenshot of your order and the address of your redemption email address after purchase, this is to defend against the recent rampant fraudulent consumption.We will only send the code to your private email address, not through ebay.

3. Please send us a screenshot of your subscription page (the "Services & Subscriptions" page on Microsoft's website or the "Subscriptions" page on Xbox if necessary) to confirm that you do not have an active subscription.
