Memorandum Postal Foldout Card with a Preprinted 5c Green S/F Portrait stamp on front, and a preprinted 100R Green Liberty Head Brazil Stamp on back. Front stamp is cancelled with a Framed ROSARIO DE SANTA FE OCT 30 1900 cancel on stamp. Card inside is commemorating the Dethrowning of Monarchy in Brazil, and the establishment of the Brazilian Republic by Manuel da Fonseca (top pic) of King Pedro II (Bottom Pic). Card sent to Rosario, Argentina. Card has some tearing on bottom and top edges, some evident age wear on both sides, some toning on both sides, some creasing on back flap, and some general wear to both sides.
