About this vehicle
1968 Ford Mustang hardtop. C code car 302. 2 barrel automatic. The car does have power steering and that’s about it for options. It is pictured with two different sets of rims and tires. It will come with whichever one you would prefer. The ones with the hubcaps are new two years ago with very few miles on them the chrome GT rims are aftermarket the tires on nose do not appear to be very old either. Here’s the background of the car. I purchased it from what I believe to be the second owner he purchased it when he was 16 from a lady in California, where he lived. He he eventually moved to Minnesota. But the car was never driven in the winter. It’s in very nice original condition. I’m not sure what has been done with it throughout the years, but I do believe most of it is original parts. I haven’t driven it much. I believe the master cylinder is defective , when you use the brakes it seems to build pressure. As far as I’m aware, everything is original except for any of the normal wear items that have been replaced over the years. It looks like some paint work was done on a spot of a quarter. The car does have small dents, dings, scratches, and thin paint in spots. I believe it retains most of the original paint. It does run and drive. I have not put very many miles on it. I’m going to try to find some time and put a new Master cylinder on it to fix the brake issue but I have not had the time to do that yet, so it most likely will not be done. The original upper rear seat did have a tear in it so I did put a different one in there. The original one does come with the vehicle.
