This USA made vintage 1974 Duane W. Thomforde 4 - String Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer is in excellent overall condition for its age. There are some minor nicks and scratched on this dulcimer and there is an additional fret line on the fretboard. Please check out the attached photos. This dulcimer features a 30" scale length and is tuned to D-A-D. A new set of strings has been installed on this dulcimer. This is an awesome sounding, awesome playing and awesome looking dulcimer. Included with this dulcimer is a vintage hard shell case and several picks.
