decent example of a 1978 Yamaha YZ250. I was going to do a total resto on this one but decided to do the 78 YZ400 instead. When I purchased this bike the float set in the carb was shot so I purchased a brand new Mikuni and jetted it to the stock spec's. Starts first or second kick and revs out clean. The fenders are brand new injection molded like OEM, tank looks new and the side plates I am not sure who manufactured them. Also has a new PFR pipe and silencer. Handlebars are new, forks are in good shape with no leaks, has new over sized pegs. You will also get the original owners manual (see pic). Seat looks to be original but does have two small tears (see pic),Tires are like new as well. This would be a good rider as is but may require some TLC to get race ready.
