This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom basement. For utilities you will need to pay 30% extra on top of rent. Plus there is a bus stop right infront of our house and we have durham college and Ontario tech university. We are looking only for female but it would be better I n it was a student. The kitchen in the basement only has a fridge but the stove and other appliances on the main floor
