A one bedroom unit is equivalent to 2 guess rooms, each with its own entrance and bathroom, so you are essentially getting two hotel rooms for one low price. The total cost is only $2,500 for 7 NIGHTS rental.
Your only other cost could be the hotel tax payable to the hotel when you check out. At the end of the auction, immediate payment is required, send me the name and address of the person who will check-in along with your Paypal payment if the name is different from Paypal account. After payment is confirmed, Vacation Confirmation will be either emailed or faxed to you, and it will show the reservation made under your name.
