New tires, we took out the day/ night shades and put up new black blinds throughout most of the camper. We replaced the carpet in the front room with new laminate flooring.

The stove was barely used but works great. It has a click back couch for more people to sleep, lots of closet space. There is a new queen mattress in the bedroom - a new remote fan in the bathroom.
