Purchasing Rules:

• You must be 18 years or older to bid, make an offer or click the "Buy Now".
• Bids placed within the last 12 hours of the auction can only be retracted within one hour and under exceptional circumstances. Please read eBay's Retracting a Bid
• All necessary research and due diligence must be made prior to placing a bid, making an offer or clicking "Buy It Now." No exceptions.

Payment:

• A 10% security deposit is required within 24 hours, with the remaining balance due within 5 days via cash or wire transfer ONLY. If a security deposit is not received within 24 hours or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
• At the time of sending the initial deposit, Buyer MUST email a copy of their State issued valid Driver License to [email protected].
• All vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of final payment unless other arrangements are made.

As-Is Sale:

• The vehicle is sold "as is." No warranties or guarantees are provided by the seller.
• The seller will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects upon request.
• The seller is not responsible for the accurate description, authenticity, genuineness, or any defects of the vehicle and makes no warranty in connection therewith.
• The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs, regardless of any oral or written statements made about the vehicle.

Title & Registration:

• Buyers are responsible for all taxes, registration, and title fees in their state. Research salvage title regulations with your local DMV before purchasing. We are not responsible if the vehicle cannot be registered in your state.
• NJ state residents must pay a $150 paperwork fee, and we are required to collect NJ Sales tax 6.675% of the purchase price.
• Before the vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related documents must be signed and returned complete to Seller. No exceptions.
• Exporters must verify in advance if the documentation we are selling the vehicle with is acceptable in your country.

Shipping:

• Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We can assist with arrangements but are not liable for shipping damage, costs, or delays as we hire 3rd parties for this service.
