Lease Period: May 1st, 2025 - April 30th, 2026 (12 months)

Utilities: Ranges $20-$60 per month (electricity only, water is included in the rent)
Internet: $26 per month

Unit is downtown in a great location! About a 10-15 min walk from Queen’s campus, right next to Princess Street, bus stops, and a grocery store! We’re a quiet, queer-friendly household, preferably looking for female students.
