IMPORTANT!: These Sturgeons are raised at 20 to 24 degrees Celcius. They are acclimated to warm water/California summer/fall outdoor temperatures. It is not mandatory to have a chiller with White Sturgeons. Make sure your tank is not new setup and with any tap water. Treated tap water needs at least a few hrs to sit. Have areation and filteration going for a few days prior to arrival. When you get the package, place the bag in your tank for 15 to 20 mins to equalize the water temperatures. Then open the bag and add 20% volume of bag water from your tank into the bag. Wait 10 minutes. Repeat an addition 20% of your tank water into the bag. Wait another 10 minutes, then release the fish into your tank. Wait a day to feed the fish sinking pellets and suppliment with frozen blood worms. White Sturgeons need partial or full shade to thrive and do not like a lot of light.
