Quality: These units have passed rigorous, US-based quality control tests. We believe so strongly in the quality of our units that we we do not hesitate to back our models with a 6 month OR until the unit is empty (whichever comes first) warranty for any functionality issues. While problems are scarce, we're always willing to navigate any issues in a manner that you can trust.

Customer service: We are here to answer any questions. Our response times are usually incredibly fast! Try us! We believe the customer is our most important asset.

Returns: While returns are rare, we will accept "buyers remorse" returns within 30 days. Just be aware that there may be a return shipping fee associated with returns unless the return is derived from a quality issue.

DOES NOT come with a chip. However, this unit comes with a chip transfer tool that will allow you to take your current chip and transfer it to your new unit. Make sure you have at least one OEM unit and don't throw it away, as you'll need the chip from the unit.

(NO CHIP included. OEM chips are transferable from your original OEM toner.)
