RETURNS:

Contact us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. Our actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns will be authorized beyond the 30 day period. Please inspect and test the item immediately upon receipt.

Any items damaged during return shipment will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. No refund or credit will be issued if the item has been altered in any way, i.e. Retail Tag removed, damaged or replaced with a similar item while in the possession of the purchaser. Include your eBay user ID, eBay item# and a brief reason for the return.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS. Shipping to Continental United States only unless stated using Ebay Global Shipping Program.

For Priority Mail deliveries, expect to receive your item within 2-3 days of the purchase date.

For Parcel Post deliveries, expect to receive your item within 5-9 days of the purchase date.
