Description of item for sale: This high quality Gothic revival office set (desk and a chair) is from France and it dates to the early 1900's. It is made from solid oak finished to a warm medium/dark oak color. It features beautifully detailed carvings throughout and a complex set of doors and drawers in the desk. Both the chair and desk are in very good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches as expected in an antique. As we do with all of our furniture, we finished the set with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come. Dimensions: the desk is 55" wide, 35" deep and 31" high; the chair is 55" high, 17.5" wide and 16" deep (front to back).
