If your Antminer K7 hashboards have stopped hashing, we are here to help you resolve the issue. Whether it’s 0 ASICs, temperature loss, chainbreak, abnormal ASICs, or any other problem causing your device to stop working, we’ve got you covered. We can even attempt to restore lightly burned boards (photos must be sent for approval before mailing the board).

Send your board to us, and within a few days, you’ll receive it renewed and in perfect working condition.

What’s Included:

All repair expenses are covered under this service, including chip replacement (up to 3 pieces), restoration of power circuits, replacement of SMD components, and more*.

Important Notes:

• Unfortunately, not all boards are repairable, but this can only be determined during the repair process. If your board is deemed unrepairable, we will fully refund your payment and return your board at our expense*.
• Repairs include a 30-day warranty from the date you receive your repaired board.

Repair Process:

1. Thorough cleaning of the board from dirt and dust using an ultrasonic bath.
2. Detailed troubleshooting to identify all issues.
3. Repair of any detected faults, including replacements or circuit restoration.
4. Stress testing of the board to ensure no hidden faults remain.
5. Shipping the repaired board back to the customer.

You can also provide us with miner logs detailing the fault (contact us for instructions). Sometimes, your board may only require adjustments rather than full repairs.
