What you see is what you get.

Please understand my listings.  I first list an item at a price where it is below the retail price.  if it goes unsold I relist it with a lower price.  I also review my buy it now items when 15 days remain.  At that time I very often reduce the price 10%.  So watch my listings.  

When viewing my listings it could be a good thing if you went to my store.  Click on the icon.   Here you will have the ability to do a search.  If you are only interested in CHINA, type it in, and only CHINA items will appear.  Etc. 

My shipping policy states 100% amount listed for first most expensive item, then 50% of the amount listed for all other additional items.  If you take one of the items that are flat rate (now $9.85) additional items are a max of $1 ea (many are .50) assuming they fit into the package and the total price comes to less than $300.  I try to limit shipping to $300 packages.  I cannot mix media mail with regular mail.  You will get another invoice every time an auction ends.  Wait up to a week to get all of your things in a shopping cart and then pay. 

Most of these offers are from my sellers that I offer a consignment plan.  They watch their listings and I have to list the items at a price agreed.  Some customers are a little more but all are a fair starting price.  Prices do go down as the listing is renewed.  I mention this because this is the reason that I cannot negotiate price with most of my listings.  But, quality is there and the starting price is fair. If there is a fault I am sure to NOTE it.   I reduce all items to a dollar and even lower to a penny on occasion.  A little secret about my listings.  I lower prices until item is sold.  The lower the Lot #(APC#) the more time the price has been lowered. 

After receiving and review of your order, please feel free to speak with me about any problem.  We are sure to come up with a suitable solution to any concern.  Items not received quickly are common now adays.  I ship all items within 24 hours after payment with real postage as you are a collector.  There is no tracking.  My customers appreciate the better packaging and frankage I do.  Join in on the fun.  Better foreign mail items are shipped with ebay delivery services.

But many like this the best.  I have been told that cancels from a small city in Europe have the best value for the specialty collector.  I assume this would be true in the U.S. too.  So I use my local post office which is a cleaner.  He has a cleaner post cancel machine.  Then I use some kind of BETTER item for postage on each mailing.  My customers LOVE my covers.  Obviously some get damaged in the mail.  Some do not get what you would call special postage.  But most get a special something on the cover.  

ONE POINT for you Germany area buyers.  The higher values have suspect of being fraudulently canceled.  All advanced collectors know this.  These fraudulently canceled stamps have little or no value and can only be identified if authenticated.  Some of mine are authenticated but I am not familiar with how good the companies are that have done it for this collection.  But, I have never heard of fraudulent signatures.  So, be careful.  If you want to have the item authenticated when you get it contact me BEFORE you bid and we can work something out.  These stamps came from an advanced collectors holdings.  I have sold many of the higher values without any complaints.  But I have to worn all the beginners to be careful . 

Lastly,  You will notice much variety in my offerings.  I list items as a service to the hobby.  Obviously I make nothing on selling items for a penny or even a dollar.  But the new collector needs a starting point.  And I service this new collector as a service to the hobby.  So browse my listings.  Take advantage of the savings if you buy multiple lots at the same time…AND ENJOY THE HOBBY.  Ron
