I USE A HIGH QUALITY REPLACEMENT THAT IS JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL.  DON'T BE FOOLED BY A LOWER PRICE.  THERE ARE SEVERAL CHEAP IMITATIONS THAT BREAK AND CRACK EASILY.  QUALITY IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN IPAD REPAIR.

NOTE:  Apple has designed these not to be fixed.  Because of this, some times when a repair takes place, the touch ID stops working.   The home button will still work, but touch ID does not.  There is a chance the touch ID will not work, but in most cases it will work fine.  If it is damaged, there is no way to get it working without paying Apple a few hundred dollars to fix it.

THIS IS AUCTION COVERS THE REPLACEMENT OF ONE DIGITIZER SCREEN FOR AN IPAD 7th, 8th or 9th Generation.  THIS IS FOR A WHITE OR BLACK SCREEN.  YOU SHIP THE IPAD TO US AND WE WILL REPAIR IT AND SENT IT BACK TO YOU.  WE ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE IPAD WITHIN A DAY OR TWO OF ITS ARRIVAL, BUT THE IPADS WILL BE SERVICED ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.  YOURS MAY TAKE LONGER BUT SHOULD BE REPAIRED AND RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

We do not cover shipping of the item to us, however we do cover Shipping back to you.

USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail (3-5 days) - FREE
USPS express (1-2 days) - $25

We are not responsible for any damages or lost items when being shipped to us. It will be your responsibility to make sure that item is properly packaged when shipped to us. All items are processed immediately upon arrival. Items may or may not be sent back the same day depending on the time the item is received.

Warranty:
We have a 30 day warranty on our items against defects. Warranty does NOT cover any customer damaged items (water damage, customer again cracked item, etc.)

BATTERY CHARGE:

Please send your ipad with at least 25% charge.   Due to the volume of ipads I do, if your ipad is not charged on arrival, I do not have time to charge it and get it out that same day.  Any ipads that arrived uncharged will not be charged and will not be able to be tested.  If it arrives not working correctly and was sent to me uncharged, I will fix it for you, but not pay for the return shipping.

Password:
I AM UNABLE TO TEST THE REPAIRED iPAD IF IT IS PASSWORD PROTECTED.  IF YOU WANT ME TO TEST IT BEFORE I SEND IT, YOU MUST REMOVE THE PASSWORD OR SEND IT WITH THE IPAD.  NORMALLY THERE ARE NOT PROBLEMS, BUT OCCASIONALLY THERE ARE SOME ISSUES.  IF THERE ARE FUNCTIONAL ISSUES WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE IPAD BACK, I WILL FIX THE ISSUES FOR YOU, BUT WILL NOT PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST TO HAVE IT FIXED IF THE IPAD IS PASSWORD PROTECTED NOT ALLOWING ME TO TEST IT.  

Backup:

Please make sure to backup your information before sending your iPad.  We will not be responsible for lost information.

Bent Corners:

It is normally not a problem to repair iPads with bent corners, but doing this requires me to bend the corners back out.  They do not bend out smoothly since they are a thin layer of aluminum.  In order to allow the digitizer to fit correctly, if the corners are slightly dinged, they need to be bent out.  Please do not expect your corners to look "like new" if they were damaged when the iPad was sent to me.  These corners are a little rough after having to bend them out.  

Extra Items:

Please send only the ipad.  Any original packing material, boxes, cases, etc will not be sent back with the ipad.  Send the iPAD ONLY and any packing material you do not want returned.
