Closing Details

The cost to close will be $18,964.85 + the winning auction price + closing costs. If you are the winning bidder, we will be in touch regarding the details of closing. Closing will be conducted through a reputable title company in Mohave County and will take place within 60 days of the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will be expected to pay for title and escrow. After the conclusion of the auction, I will be in touch with the necessary documents and details to begin the closing process. Within a week of escrow open, the buyer will be expected to deposit the assignment fee as earnest money. Failure to meet this timeline will result in the property being relisted or awarded to the second highest bidder
