Due to it being cosmetics/fragrance, once it's opened or tested, it loses its resale value; therefore, we only accept returns when the item is wrong or has a defect. Due to hygiene and past issues of tampering by unscrupulous (and banned) individuals, returns on used fragrances, cosmetics, hair products, etc. are not accepted. If we make an error, please contact us and I will fix it to your satisfaction! Please return the item in its original condition as when you received it. Also, please note: Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.
