2. Reputation: 100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal. We want you to keep coming back, and to share about your positive experience with Mbarr.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us through eBay messaging.

3. Authenticity: We stand behind all of our items 100%. We’ve been delivering authentic, quality products on eBay since 1999.

4. Returns: We offer Free 30 day returns on all eligible purchases (bullion and live sales exempt). Message us to get a Return Authorization Number, , which will allow us to issue you a timely refund. Items must be in the complete original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Returns that do not meet requirements are subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal.

5. Bullion & eBay Live Exceptions: Orders for Bullion products cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason - see the ‘Bullion Products’ section of our store policies for more information. Orders for items won, sold, bid on, and/or purchased during eBay Live sessions are priced for final sale. They cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

6. Payments: Payments are managed by eBay. Payment is due at time of purchase. Items purchased in an auction require payment within 3 days of purchase. Orders left unpaid on day 4 will be canceled. We accept PayPal, credit & debit, e-check, and money order.

7. Shipping: We provide FREE shipping with tracking on orders in the U.S. Order Handling Time is typically three (3) Standard Business Days. The date your order is placed is Day Zero (0). We reserve the right to make Carrier and Service level selections. See full store policies for more info.

8. Photography: A picture is worth 1000 words, and we’ve spent 1000’s of hours working to perfect our photography. We photograph in a way that allows you to see what the item will look like in hand. We do not enhance or digitally alter any of our images.

9. Stock Images: We use "Reference/Stock Images" to represent stock products. The ‘stock images' used in our listings are created by Mbarr Coins for reference only to depict the quality of the item you will receive. You will NOT receive the exact item that was photographed to create the image. However, the actual item you will receive is guaranteed to be similar to that shown and as described.

10. Grading: Grading is a subjective ‘art’. We can always give you our opinion, but we are NOT graders. Grade qualifiers & approximations given in titles & listing information are our best estimation. We photograph and title coins as accurately as possible.
