SHIPPING POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS: All items are carefully packed and protected to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please note that all shipments are insured. A refund will be issued after a successful claim is filed and completed through both eBay and the appropriate shipping carrier.

To begin the claim process, the damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging. 

All returns must be shipped using an official eBay-provided return shipping label. We cannot process or initiate a claim without receiving the returned item.

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout via eBay.   We will not ship to alternate or secondary addresses, even if requested, as this is against eBay's shipping policies.  

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and up to date at the time of purchase.

All autographs offered in our eBay store are live ink signatures. We do not sell reprints, facsimiles, auto-penned, stamped, or digitally reproduced autographs. Each signature is physically present on the item and was made by hand. 

We are independent re-sellers of second-hand merchandise, including items that may feature celebrity signatures. We do not claim to know the origin, history, or provenance of any autographed item we offer for sale.
