PAYMENTS:
- We accept all major credit cards and e-checks via eBay Managed Payments.
- Please note that your order must ship to your confirmed Paypal address.
- Your order must be fully paid for within 72 hours (three days) from the date and time the auction closes. We cannot guarantee item availability after 72 hours.

SHIPPING INFO:
- Orders placed before 1PM EST will predominantly ship on the same day as they were placed.
- We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the specific purchased item’s size and weight.

- We use extra packing materials and special boxes to help ensure our customers receive the products they ordered in the same condition in which they were shipped.

RETURNS:
- We provide a standard 1-Year warranty with all our server sales to help protect our customers.
- Each product is tested and is in good working condition when it is shipped. On rare occasions, damages may occur while in transit.
- For your benefit, we reserve the right to issue a refund or replace any returned items.
- TechMikeNY also provides longer warranties (over 1 year); please feel free to reach out to a member of our team should you be interested in purchasing a longer warranty.
