THEY SHOULD BE REFRIGERATED IN THEIR CLAM SHELL UPON ARRIVAL FEDEX MAY HAVE A DELAY DUE TO WEATHER OR IF THE ADDRESS IS IN A OUTLYING AREA. You may communicate with them through your tracking. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O.BOXES

 7. Question? What days and hours are you open for orders? 

Answer: Our online store is always open for placing orders, however we only process orders during business hours. Business hours: Tuesday - Friday from 8am-4pm PST, subject to holiday closures. 

8. Question? . Are you open for questions on Holidays? 

Answer: YES but do not ship on holidays. We are closed for most major holidays but open for on line messages. Check here for closure updates. 

9.  Question: When should I place my order? 

Answers: We recommend you submit your order as soon as possible, and ask in the personalization box for the delivery to be 1-2 days before you NEED them or write *DATE NEEDED* in the box for us to schedule. This will allow time for any issues that may arise due to FedEx/UPS delays. If you submit your order by 11:00 a.m. PST (Tuesday - Friday), your order can ship the same day for next day delivery. We are not able to deliver on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, or major Holidays. You may also submit your order up to 21 days in advance. Simply state ASAP for desired delivery date in the notes section of your shopping cart. 

10. Question: Do we have a cut off time:

 Answer: Yes For next day delivery, we must receive your order by 11am PST (Tuesday-Friday). If you place an order after cut-off time, it will ship the next business day, unless you have specified a future date. 

11.  Question: What are your shipping days? 

Answer: Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Friday for delivery Wednesday-Saturday. For next day delivery, we must receive your order by 11:00 AM PST. We do not ship out on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday or holidays. Please note: Saturday delivery is only available to non-rural areas and has an ETA of 12pm. Please include your desired delivery date in the notes section of your shopping cart and we will process the order accordingly. If you do not include a desired delivery date, your order will ship the next available ship date. You may also submit your order up to 2 weeks in advance by placing your desired FUTURE delivery date or date needed in the personalization box on the order page.

12.. Question: How are they Shipping over night to me? 

Answer: FedEx Priority Overnight (*Morning delivery in cool weather) *Please refer to FedEx sites for accurate delivery times. Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Friday for delivery Wednesday-Saturday. For next day delivery, we must receive your order by 11:00 AM PST. You may also submit your order up to 2 weeks in advance. Please include your desired delivery date in the notes section of your shopping cart.

13. Question: How are the Flowers packaged in shipment? 

Answer: The items are packed inside of an insulated bubble mailer with ice packs and paper to keep them fresh and cool. They will arrive in an insulated cardboard box. 

14. Question: Are the over night shipping costs including in the selling cost to me?

 Answer: Yes they are. They ship only to the United States, Alaska and Hawaii! Question: Do I have to sign for my package? Answer: For deliveries to businesses, the FedEx drivers may require an adult to be presents to receive and sign for the package. If you have any special delivery notes or instructions like a gate code or you want to request that the driver leave the package in a certain spot, please write that in the notes section of your shopping cart. 

15. Question: Do the flowers and herbs look EXACTLY like the photos? 

Answer: Not possible. The flowers are harvested to order, this means each item is unique and may look different than it does on our site. Most of our items are seasonal, you can expect the colors and size to vary during the year.

16. Question? Can I add other items from your shop for combined shipping? 

Answer: No These over night flowers must be ordered from a separate cart page on Ebay because they may ship from another location than your other items or be shipping to a different address than your other items and cannot ship outside of the USA.  

17. Question? What is the "shelf life" of the fresh flowers and Herbs? 

Answer: 3 to 4 days in most cases We ship the day of harvesting by over night service to ensure your order is as fresh as possible. However, in order to prolong the freshness, please refrigerate your items immediately upon arrival. To retain the best flavor and freshness, the temperature should be maintained between 38 & 40 degrees. Our products are best if used within 4 days of harvesting because they are perishable. As with any produce, we recommend gently washing before use. You can gently rinse them in a bowl of cool water by slowly moving them around to remove any dirt or insects. After you rinse the flowers, allow them to dry on paper towels for about 15 minutes. Once they are dry place them back into their original container and store them in the refrigerator. You can place a dry paper towel at the bottom of the container to absorb any excess moisture.   

18. Question? Why is Ebay showing me a different delivery date? 

Anwer: We ship Tuesday - Friday for delivery Wednesday - Saturday. Once we receive your order and know your desired delivery date, we will make adjustments to the ship date. Please do not go based off what Ebay is showing as the estimated delivery time, we ship according to your desired delivery date, not what Ebay is showing. 

19. Question? What if I make a mistake on the shipping information I enter on Ebay?

 Answer: Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If you review your order and realize you have made a mistake, please email us ASAP with the correct information and we will do our best to adjust it. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or issue refunds. 

20. Question? What is your Cancelation policy for flower orders?: 

Answer: If you accidentally submitted an order, simply email us within the hour and we will cancel your order. If your event is cancelled or you no longer need your order, please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note: We are not able to cancel orders that have been harvested for you or shipped out. If you contact us after 11am PST on the scheduled ship date, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue any refunds.
