Beautiful Resort stay in Gatlinburg, TN for 5 days and 4 nights, January 13th - 17th, in a wonderful large one bedroom townhome vacation lodging.  Nice just to relax, perhaps do some shopping, see some site, or do some planning for the year.  To clarify, the Buy it Now price is the cost for the entire stay for the 5 days and 4 nights.

Your stay in Gatlinburg begins at 4 p.m. Monday January 13th (though often we can get in earlier if the condo is finished) and continues through 10 am Friday, January 17th (though usually the resort can accommodate a little later check out if you call to resort desk that morning). Your residence during this time is MountainLoft resort.  Amenities at the resort include: BBQ grills, Game Room, Sauna/Steam Room, Resort Hot Tubs, Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pool, and Clubhouse. Room amenities include: kitchen area (with appliances, cookware, dishes, etc), balcony, Small Washer/Dryer, Bathroom/Shower, Cable TV, Gas Fireplace with of course nice furniture for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Internet is available at the room - free of charge. The one bedroom townhome has approximately 600 square feet of space and sleeps a maximum of four: two in the bedroom with a queen size bed and two on the pull out bed from the couch. While these pictures are not of your room itself, the room décor and layout are representative of the room you will stay in.  This is a non-smoking room (actually all of the resort's rooms are non-smoking at MountainLoft).

Do a Google Search on ‘MountainLoft Gatlinburg' and click on the Images link for additional pictures of the resort and surrounding area.   We can heartily recommend it as a very nice, comfortable, spacious, stay that wins out over a hotel stay by leagues and miles.

If you are looking at this area because of Gatlinburg, I assume you are familiar with the area attractions. It's just a few minutes from the Gatlinburg downtown area and maybe 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

As a side note, you must be at least 18 as a minimum age for check-in. Additionally, while your purchase of this time in Gatlinburg covers your room, etc. you will have to present a credit card for a $100 deposit to cover any incidentals (long distance phone calls, room service, paid services on property, any room damage (please be considerate), etc). Obviously, if there are no incidentals, then your deposit is credited back. Other than the deposit, you should expect no other fees or charges for your resort stay. $35 cancellation fee up to 12 days before lodging start time.  No cancellations after this.

If you are looking for a unique stay in Gatlinburg at a wonderful resort that is way much more beyond the typical hotel stay, you will LOVE your stay through me. (oh, and by the way, no resort presentation is required, though, I am sure if you want one, they will be glad to sit down with you and talk about the benefits of becoming a vacation club owner.) Again, note that the price listed above is for your total stay (not a per night charge). Calculate your room cost per night. When you figure there are no additional room taxes or surcharges, coupled with the fact that you actually have a nice kitchen area to cook in to save money, plus staying at a resort property as opposed to a motel or hotel property, this is a really, really nice value.  This could be a really nice little getaway for you.

With all that said, keeping that 100% feedback is really important. So you can be assured you are going to get a lot of personal attention to make sure you have all the information you need to ensure your lodging and stay in Gatlinburg is a fantastic one.

Regarding payment, I understand most folks will usually send a payment very shortly after purchasing or after an auction ends. With that said, I certainly understand if a person needs to transfer funds or they need to get physically to a place where they can send payment and complete the transaction. . No problem at all, if you would just help out with communications to me so I know what to expect that would be great. Ideally payment should occur within 3 days of the auction ending, if there are extenuating circumstances you’ve communicated, then within 7 days.
