Full size bed in V-birth room, captains quarters with king size bed, full galley, and head. Located in St Pete beach Florida. It was on a fresh water lake in Texas most of its life, until 5 years ago when I acquired it and sailed across the gulf. It is a very fast boat under sail, covering 700 miles in 7 days with not much wind at the time. It has been our family vacation home since, with room for 7 to sleep comfortably. I bought new sails 3 years ago, they probably have less than 1500 miles of sailing on them. I also repaced the anchor winch 2 years ago. Has new batteries as of this month. Has a few spots of slip rash from recent hurricanes but nothing major. The rigging was all replaced with the sails, and has a full galley and gas stove. It has a Marine air conditioner installed new 5 years ago. It has a hot water heater from shore power also heats up with the engine and 12v water with 75gal fresh water tank. The shower works well. I love this boat but it's time to move on. It is currently at a live aboard marina a short walk to the beach but the docks have damage right now. Plans are underway for repairing. It's a perfect boat for liveaboard. Could use new bottom paint. I will give it a clean hull scrapping prior to sale. Comes with extra rigging, anchors, shore power chords, and rope.
