Thank you for considering our services we are a mail-in repair shop and have 12+ years of experience with electronics.

Instructions are below to mail-in your device. As soon as your device reach us, we will work on it. our turnaround time is 1-2 business days after the repair is complete. We are a fast-paced service and will surely get your device back to you in a timely manner. As well we offer 1-Year warranty on all repairs. If There is damaged that is cause by customer we are not responsible for it, it will not be covered by the warranty given and there will be no refund for the service provided. If we find more issue with your device, we will contact you if you would like to fix that issue, there will be extra charge or fee if you would like to move forward with the repair, any questions you have please feel free to contact us. 

Step 1: Prepare Your Device 

Carefully prepare your device for shipping. Remove any sensitive or personal information, including SIM cards, memory cards, or data storage devices. 

If possible, back up your data before sending your device for repair. 

Step 2: Packaging 

You Will get a FedEx Shipping Label. Pack your items, ensure to use a sturdy and protective box or packaging material to ensure your device is safe during transit. (DO NOT USE ORIGINAL BOX THAT IT CAME IN)

If you decide to send the motherboard only consider using anti-static bags or foam padding for added protection. 

Step 3: Label Your Device 

Write your eBay username and/or Order Number on a sticky note or a piece of paper and attach it to your device. 

This label will help us identify your device and match it with your order. 

Step 4: Secure the Package 

Seal the box securely to prevent any movement or damage during shipping. 

Include a note with your contact information (name, phone number, and email) in case we need to reach you for any reason. 

Step 5: Shipping Address 

You will receive the shipping address OR a label from us when you place your order. 

Please ensure you use the provided address, as it may be different from our shop's physical location. 

Step 6: Shipping Method 

We will be shipping via FedEx with tracking and insurance to protect your device during transit. 

Keep a copy of the tracking information for your reference. 

Step 7: Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for shipping costs to our shop if 1st shipping label is lost. Please keep a copy of these costs for your records. 

Step 8: Confirmation 

Once your package is ready you can drop off at any FedEx drop off location, or contact us to schedule pick-up. 

This will help us anticipate the arrival of your device and expedite the repair process. 

Step 9: Receipt and Tracking 

Keep track of the package's delivery status using the provided tracking number. 

We will notify you when your device arrives and keep you updated on the repair process.
