A handmade piece featuring Hokusai's "The Great Wave off Kanagawa" from "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" engraved and colored with three shades of pure gold powder and aluminum LG powder on a Wajima lacquer semi-circular tray.
Note: This piece uses an unused pre-owned tray which has been enhanced with chinkin (gold inlay) engraving and special lacquer coating on the reverse side. The condition is listed as having no notable scratches or stains.
