We ship Monday-Friday and an overpack is included to make up for minimal losses.

All addresses are verified by USPS before being shipped so make sure yours is entered exactly how it should appear.

Live Delivery of mealworms cannot be ensured when under 20 degrees or over 80 degrees. Live delivery is GUARANTEED. If you have an issue with an order please notify us within 24 hrs. Contact us and we will send a replacement or a refund.

Live Delivery is only guaranteed in regions where the temperature is between 40-80 degrees.

Mealworm Care Instructions

Keep mealworms in the refrigerator (45°) and remove once a week to add a slice of fruit or vegetable in the cup. Leave out for 8 hours at this time, then remove the fruit or vegetable slice and return to the refrigerator. Your Mealworms should last for weeks.

When you are ready to use them, remove the desired amount and leave at room temperature until they become active, roughly 24 hours before feeding to your animal.
