Please purchase in quantity of 2+ to get free first class shipping with tracking. If you purchase only one case depending on your location the shipping will not be free and will arrive as postage due and you will be required to pay the postage difference. Since a single case will be shipped out with stamps not as a package your post office might have an up charge in postage that YOU will have to pay. So to be safe buy 2 or more.

You are not receiving the exact case pictured, I have many replacement cases. All orders of a single case will be shipped thru regular postage mail no tracking. This means the item will be sent thru “snail mail” in the mailbox like a letter but in a bubble mailer. This means shipping time will be slow 2-3 weeks if this is not acceptable message me to upgrade you to first class shipping (extra charge). If you buy more than one case you will automatically be upgraded to first class. Shipping to California is not available thru “snail mail”, if you live in California only way to purchase is to buy more than one otherwise order will be cancelled. If there is any issue with shipping message me before opening an item not received claim.

Good / Used - Most items are in Great condition with minor defects (scuff marks, minor dents). A few have been used and acquired from various places and may have minor sticker residue. ALL are guaranteed too hold disc(s) and fasten properly on the top / bottom. Items WILL NOT be picked for specific quality upon request. Please purchase from one of my listings that is "brand new" if this is not acceptable. UPC or sticker, if originally affixed by the manufacturer or retailer, may still be (rarely) present.

XBOX Sport's Logo Cases - Include cases taken from games that place a sports / affiliate sticker on the front (WWE, MLB, NFL, NBA, etc.) might be present. Minor sticker residue or "shadow" is possible from price stickers, although most items are in very good condition.

Keep in mind these are used replacement unbroken cases scratches are highly visible when there is no Cover art I guarantee I will not sell you any broken cases but don’t expect brand new, surfaces scratches will most likely be present. I will do my best to sell only the nicer cases, no rips or chips on my cases. Very limited supply.
