This Service covers the HDMI Port Replacement only. You may send whole console or motherboard only. If you send the whole console, there will be additional cost of $40, invoiced to you after the repair is complete for disassembly and reassembly. We also repair all other gaming consoles and computers as well.

If the port has ripped pads, we will notify you and give you the option to return or repair.

How it works:

2) Print and fill out the Repair Request form shown in the last photo.

3) Securely package your device and include the Repair Request form.

4) Mail your device (Please do not send any cases or accessories) to the following address:
