By placing an order, you agree to
the following policies:
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) is required for all
return packages.
If the item is damaged upon
arrival, you must contact us within 5 (five) days
from the package delivery date for an exchange. An RMA number will
be issued by e-mail within 2 business days. No refunds will be provided for
returns without an RMA number. Any return shipment must be
freight prepaid and insured with tracking numbers.

All RMA shipment
must be made within 7 business days of the issuing date.

The returned item
must be in the original packaging along with the email copy of RMA to ensure
the proper process of your refund.

Non-defective
returns must contain merchandise and accessories that was in the
original package and labels. Claim will be denied if signs of usage,
tampering or dents were found.

All non-defective
returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
·
Original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.
