I have restless leg syndrome and bedtime anxiety. My boyfriend got these and I said why not? I just bought 40 more patches. My legs were calm and my sleep was better. 5 hrs of sleep without waking is huge! I don’t know if they will work for you, and it could be all in my head, but even so, something worked and I am going to keep it up. Not expensive and easy to use. Why not?

I’m not usually one to go back and write reviews but this product truly surprised me with how well they worked and how great they made me feel. I was battling congestion for nearly three weeks until I decided to give these a try. After the first night of wearing one, I woke up almost congestion free! I couldn’t believe it. As I continued to wear them each night, the next morning I would wake up refreshed, not stiff or achy like usual, and in a better mood. I honestly wish I could wear them every night!
