We offer FREE GROUND Shipping to the lower 48 States on this item(2-3 day transit) - In most cases, WE SHIP PAID ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS IF ORDERS ARE RECEIVED ON A MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Sorry we can not ship to PO boxes or military bases due to restrictions.

We use several different shipping carriers based on product and destination.

Issues:

Only a perfect feedback is acceptable to us. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we will attempt to make it right. If shipment is short, please contact us to resolve the matter.

If there are any problems with the carrier (UPS, or USPS) please let us know as soon as possible and we will resolve the matter.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted if delivery does not match description.

In the rare instance that product is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged product and we will replace it.

If incorrect item is received, we will exchange for the correct item at our expense.
