 This 23 AWG Cat6 Foiled Twisted Pair ( FTP ) and Unshielded Twisted Pair ( UTP ) outdoor solid cables are used for applications that require the cable to be outdoors or in direct sunlight and provides a high performance data communication which is suitable for 550 MHz high speed data applications. Outdoor Cat6 is made with a polyethylene ( PE ) to protect the cable from water, and extreme temperatures. Internally the cable features solid conductors that provide maximum performance over long distances.

      FOIL SHIELDING (FTP) Cat6 Cable also provides an electrically conductive barrier to attenuate electromagnetic waves external to the shield.
