1. Pre-owned, slightly used, with all accessories. It might have a few stains, but can be cleaned.
2. xSecure: Thermal sensor, infrared sensor, weight sensor, anti-pinch infrared sensors, smart detection, remote alerts, accident protection system.
3. Antibacterial odor removal: Independently researched and developed purifying liquid removes unpleasant odors and formaldehyde, kill 99% of common harmful bacteria.
4. Special designed filter fits plant litters, clay litters, and ALL OTHER KINDS OF CAT LITTERS (except CRYSTAL CAT LITTERS).
5. NOTE: In terms of clumping, Pine isn't as strong as other all-natural cat litters we've tried. It does form clumps that can be scooped with a regular litter scoop, but they may not stay together as well as other plant, clay and bentonite litter clumps. PETKIT is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We provide 30-day free return and 12 months manufacturer warranty for all brand new products sold by us. If our products didn’t meet your expectation, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date with original packaging and all accessories. Please email us to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, please contact us within five working days, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier or their choice. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO PETKIT'S RETUN ADDRESS.
