What you need to know before buying a DTF printer

· You need a Windows 7 or higher PC with at least two available USB port

· You need a heat press  - We recommend a 16x20 inch press

· It will be better if you know about artwork design software like Gimp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW

· It's best to climate control your print room. It works best with humidity from 40% - 60%. (50% + is needed at times)

· After the heat transfer is completed on the heat press, do not rush off the PET film, wait until it has some residual temperature before tearing off the PET film

· We will set up a group for you and our engineers on Skype, where you can get the technical support. So it will be better if you have a Skype account. It's important.
