$25 is for 1 RCA CED VideoDisc (NTSC only).
RCA CED VideoDiscs are 40 years old, so there will be some video degradation. New old stock offers the best quality versus used ones. Used ones maybe bad quality.
I will use media mail with tracking for return shipping including your original videodisc.
1. You will receive 1 DVD in a paper sleeve.
2. I use JVC Taiyo Yuden Professional DVD-Rs.
