This listing is for One Pair of Roller Bearing V-Blocks (2 completed V-blocks). These are New Custom Made Roller Bearing V-Blocks. These precision V-blocks were used for building Archery Spine Testers. These blocks are made from 6061 Aircraft Aluminum and measure 1-3/4" tall X 1-3/4" long, and 3/4" thick. They can be mounted two ways. They have a pair of 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the bottom which are 1-1/8" center to center. There is also a cross drilled 1/4" hole running lengthwise thru the block. Each block uses a pair of R4AZ ABEC 3 rated bearings. The bearings have a 1/4" bore are 9/32" wide and 3/4" in diameter. These are great little blocks and can be very handy for a lot of projects. Build your own spine tester, indicate shafts, etc. These will hold a shaft as small as .080" in diameter and up to 2" in diameter. The shaft shown sitting on the V-blocks is 1" in diameter. The bearings are mounted with button head cap screws and nylon lock nuts. There are .020" stainless steel shim washers on either side of the bearings for trouble free service.

These rollers were used to indicate shaft straightness and will easily repeat to a few ten thousandths of an inch.
