Designed for making internal hex, square and other shape with a mill or lathe. Eliminates secondary operation.Sealed bearing requires no greasing. Made from M-2 High Speed Steel Instructions: Drill pilot hole a minium 3% larger diameter than flat-to-flat dimension and depth 1.5x the flat-to-flat dimension. Drill chamfer .005" per side larger than sharp corner dimension. Feed broach into the hole up to 1x the flat-to-flat diameter with a starting rate of .002-.003 IPR and 700-800 RPM.
