Shipping Policy:
- Our items are located in CA, US. Item locates in US and ships from US.
- The normal delivery time should be 2-5 working days, depending on your place of residence and distance from California. Sometimes there may be force majeure factors causing delays in transportation.
- If you wish to cancel the order, please do so before the order is shipped, and we will accept it.
Return Policy:
- We accept return at our cost within 14 days. Please contact us before you wish to return an item.
- If an item is defective, it may happen from time to time, we will evaluate the case scenario and we may refund you in full without you returning the item. Pictures of the item being defective or broken has to be provided before we can full refund.
- Refund amount will be adjusted if the item is used, missing parts, wrong item returned. We may deduct up to 100% if any of these situation occur.
