UNIQUE APPEARANCE& Integrated Design, 4IN1 laser welding machine adopts a silver-white pure aluminum integrated body design with a smooth and flat surface. The pure aluminum shell is more heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively protecting the internal components of the machine.

This new type of laser welding machine is equipped with advanced fiber laser technology, configured with a dual-wobble mode and paired with dual-wire feeders. It offers four functions: welding, cutting, cleaning and weld cleaning.   2. Under cleaning model, up to 100mm cleaning scan widths.
  3. 6 cleaning patterns are available, suitable for different scenarios. The cleaning marks are smaller than those of a single swing.
  4. Specially designed cleaning nozzle head equipped with F800 cleaning lens to improve cleaning efficiency.

4IN1—Welding seam cleaning

  1. Up to 12 mm of adjustable cleaning width in one pass.
