This 3 piece original woodblock print set is from the first Divine Comedy edition printed from the woodblocks, commonly known as the French Edition, produced by Les Heures Claires in the early 1960s.  The French Edition woodblock prints are readily acknowledged by Dali print experts and collectors to be the sharpest and best quality Divine Comedy prints ever produced from the woodblocks.

RARE Limited production - Only the lower numbered Divine Comedy Suites (numbered 865 and lower) contained partial state woodblock prints, such as the two partial state woodblock prints included in this set

All three woodblock prints are on BFK Rives paper
